Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@upwardmotionstore.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@upwardmotionstore.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible), and once your return is approved, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
